WHO WE ARE
Hello and Welcome from Pastor Don and Beverly Landis...

We have had the wonderful privilege to serve in the ministry of Answers in Genesis for 26 years since its beginning.
​
Don also serves as Pastor of Community Bible Church in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and is President of Jackson Hole Bible College. Beverly is an active Pastor's wife and Camp and College Nurse at Rocky Mountain Lodge, a camp we started in Jackson in 1971.
​
Our dear son-in-laws and daughters are very much involved in our dream to have a place to stay to host families and friends attending the incredible Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We really trust you will be blessed and challenged as you tour the Ark ... and the Museum. Ps 115:1
History

​The Lord opened the door for us to purchase 46 acres bordering the south side of the Ark Encounter property. We purchased a pre-built Amish cabin and added to it a bunk house.
​
You can walk uphill on a rustic trail to the top of the property and see the south side of the Ark just 3600 feet away, so we call the place Ark View Cabins although the first cabin was placed down along a creek that runs by so it was earlier called Creek Side Cabin. Most of the land is wooded with Oak, Hickory, Maple, Sycamore, Cedar and Dogwood. But if you walk be aware that Kentucky woods also have poison ivy, briars, chiggers and other creatures including deer and turkey!

The cabins are connected and can host a family or families or a small group. Check our AVAILABILITY CALENDAR and then EMAIL US with the dates that would work best for you and the number in your party.
